100/10 recommend! I've gone to numerous locations for Physical therapy. There is absolutely no location like Katalyst! Their one-on-one therapy is incredible! Not only do they make sure you're doing your exercises properly, but they also explain what it's doing, what muscles you should be working, how you should be feeling, the benefits of it, etc... I highly recommend Katalyst Performance and Rehab to anyone who seriously wants to improve their life and needs Physical Therapy! I'm thankful I found them!!

Scott is absolutely amazing! My son broke his ankle and Scott brought him back to his sport at 110%! Beyond grateful for him and his team. His professionalism and expertise is on point! I will always recommend Scott and his team. He is personable and very good with kids as well as adults. My son also came back to join the sports program which helped him get in shape and stay in shape. Thank you Scott!!

Scott is an excellent Physical Therapist and even more than just that. His sports performance program at Katalyst Performance Rehabilitation is top notch. He is tough but he knows your limits. His work benefits me both mentally and physically. Because of his efforts, I am stronger and more flexible. I have better balance and have increased my agility. Just as important, working out is now fun. It is something I look forward to every day. I highly recommend Scott and his program without reservation.
